The second half saw AFC Jacks have the majority of the play as they went in search of a equaliser, with 5 minutes remaining they were finally rewarded with a justified goal from Nicholas Turton to make the Final 1-1 on the night.

Extra time was needed the game seemed to be heading towards penalties with only 2 minutes left of the extra time period No8 for AFC Jacks David Meese scored the all important winner firing home with a well struck shot that shattered the hearts of the Casual players and dugout.

The crowd erupted into celebration with the huge following of AFC Jacks supporters, Casuals were deflated and had little time to respond and the final whistle sounded and the winners of the 2016 Charity Cup were AFC Jacks.
