Team Sheets - IMPORTANT REMINDER

Clubs are reminded that ALL team sheets MUST be filled in correctly to avoid unnecessary fines each month.

ALL sections MUST be completed, as per league rules

Team sheets MUST include:
DATE, DIVISION/CUP,MATCH NUMBER, VENUE,

Match numbers are listed on all fixtures sent out by Wayne Harrison.

COLOURS OF KITS

SHIRT NUMBERS MUST BE 1-17 ONLY as per league rules

Some clubs are not completing their team sheets correctly and are incurring fines each month.

Please take a little time when completing the sheets on a match day.
