Confirming Games

Would all Club Secretaries PLEASE confirm their games with the Referee & Assistants (if appointed) by TUESDAY night latest.

Fines will be applied to any club confirming after Tuesday night.

It would also help everyone concerned if a voice call could be made when confirming your game, advising of the venue you are playing at and what colours you will be wearing.

Some confirmations are being made by text message and the wrong mobile number is being entered into the phone in error on occasions. This leads to confusion on all sides as the referee doesn't receive the confirmation and the club will not receive an acknowledgment from the referee.

A simple 30 second call will resolve all these issues that are being reported each week.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated by the Sunday League.
